Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with MostWanted Detailing. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on full-priced items. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition, with no damage to the product or outer packaging.

  • Returns cannot be accepted if the seal is broken or packaging has been opened due to hygiene and safety protocols.

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for return. Discounted items (30% off or more, including bundles or free product promotions) are not eligible.

  • Any item returned in violation of these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

  • Customs return declaration fees must be paid by the customer.

Return Time Frame

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Once your return is approved, the item must be received at our return address within 30 days of the approval.

Return Approval Process

All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Support Team. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included in the package. Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

  • If approved, a refund (minus the 5% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Bank or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault caused by MostWanted Detailing.

  • We strongly recommend using registered or trackable shipping services, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Store Credit

  • Store credits (when applicable) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Faulty or Defective Items

We’re sorry if you received a faulty item. If your product becomes defective within 12 months of purchase, please email us at contact@most-wanted.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the fault

  • Photos or video of the issue

Our team may provide troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, we’ll guide you through submitting a warranty claim for inspection and possible replacement or repair.

Please Note: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure, general wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Replacement items do not come with an extended warranty.

Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed for dispatch. Cancellations are not possible after the order has been submitted, due to the high volume of warehouse operations.

Special Offers & Bundles

Promotions, bundles, or add-on discounts are only available with the purchase of the main product. If you cancel the main product, the associated offer becomes void and cannot be kept as a standalone order.
