When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once processed, your order is handed over to the shipping courier.

Note for USA: As of Feb 5, 2025, U.S. tariff regulations may cause postal delays.

Do I have to pay customs, duties, or taxes?

Yes. International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.
We are not liable for delays due to customs or any fees incurred.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on full-priced items. If you're not satisfied, return your item within 30 days of purchase.

What are the return conditions?

 Return items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and sealed

  • In resalable condition

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase (and 30 days from approval)

 Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Packaging seal is broken

  • Item is discounted by 30% or more, part of a bundle, or includes free items

  • RAN (Return Authorization Number) is missing

How do I start a return?

  1. Contact support to request a return.

  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Ship the product back to our return address with the RAN clearly marked.

  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.

📝 Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

Are there any fees for returns?

Yes. A 5% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Original shipping costs, customs, and taxes are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using tracked shipping as lost return parcels are not our responsibility.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

What if I receive a damaged product?

Notify us within 3 business days with photos or videos of the damage and packaging.
We cannot assist without documentation.

What if my product becomes faulty within 12 months?

Contact us at contact@most-wanted.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence

We’ll guide you through troubleshooting, and if needed, help submit a warranty claim for repair or replacement.

🔧 Warranty excludes misuse, water damage, wear & tear, and unauthorized modifications.

Cancellations & Offers

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed immediately. Cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.

What about promotional items or bundles?

Special discounts and bundles are only valid with the purchase of the main product.
If the main product is canceled, the offer is void and cannot be retained as a separate order.
