 SHIPPING

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, and New Zealand.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends are processed on the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Total delivery time (including processing) is usually 6–12 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order via our Tracking Portal or through the courier’s website.

Which couriers do you use?
We partner with trusted international carriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure reliable and safe delivery.

Is my shipment insured?
Absolutely. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on full-priced items. The item must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.

Are sale items eligible for return?
No, discounted items (30% off or more, including bundles or promotions) are not eligible for return.

How do I return an item?
Please contact our Customer Support team for return approval and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault caused by us.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Additional time may be needed by your bank or card issuer.

 FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

What if I received a faulty product?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email contact@most-wanted.shop with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or videos.

How long is the warranty?
Our products are covered for 12 months against defects in materials or workmanship.
Note: Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, general wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are immediately processed for dispatch.

What happens to promotional items if I cancel my main product?
Special offers, bundles, or add-ons are only valid with the purchase of the main product. If you cancel the main item, associated promotions are voided.

What currency are your prices in?
All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP £).

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes! Sustainability matters to us. We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
